Hi, I’m Michelle, owner of Super Start Colorado. Over my past 21 years in early childhood education, I’ve had the privilege of serving in many roles—from classroom teacher and program director to credentialed coach and trainer. Today, I’m honored to lead a dedicated team of specialists delivering Early Intervention (EI) services across the Denver Metro area. At the same time, my heart remains close to home, where I directly support children, families, and childcare programs in Brighton, Reunion, and Commerce City.

My passion lies in HOPE principles and the Pyramid Model—frameworks that prioritize positive experiences, nurturing relationships and predictable caregiving which set the stage for inclusion, joy and growth. As a certified Pyramid Model facilitator, I specialize in equipping families and educators with evidence-based strategies that build lifelong confidence, support social-emotional learning, and foster inclusion within every environment.

That professional perspective took on an even deeper meaning when I became a mother, one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. Raising my strong-willed, persistent, and loving little girl reminds me daily of both the joy and the real-life challenges of parenting. She inspires me to keep growing, stay grounded, and bring genuine empathy and heart to every child, family, and caregiver I serve.
